What is a reporting role?
Using this procedure, you can create and manage notification roles. With notification roles, you can combine different notification presets (from different asset types) into one role. You can then later assign these roles to individuals, for example: mechanical failure reports are sent to technical service while reports of low fuel levels are sent to administration.

Creating a new notification role
Use the navigation menu to open the Notifications page.
Go to the "Notification Roles" menu to see the list of notification roles.
Press the "Add notification role" button.
You will now see a list of all asset types in the project. You can type a few letters of the asset type in the search bar to shorten the list.
Then click the asset type to which you want to add a notification preset, and select the desired preset.
Remember to give this notification role a name.
When the notification role is set up as desired, click on "Save."
You can now close the window.
