What is a notification preset?
Using this procedure, you can create and manage notification presets. With notification presets allow you to set notifications per asset type for each event. Notifications can be set by level, and by communication channel. You can create multiple notification presets per asset type.

Creating a new notification preset
Use the navigation menu to open the Assets page.
Go to the "Types" menu to see the list of asset types.
Then click on the desired asset type you want to set a notification preset for. The panel for editing an asset type appears, go there to the "Notification presets" menu item.
Press the "Add notification preset" button.
If notification presets have already been set, this this button is not available. You can then use the "+" button to add new notification presets.
You will now see a list of sensors. If desired, you can type a few letters of the sensor name in the search bar to shorten the list.
The "Update many" slider allows one notification preset for multiple sensors.
Then click on the sensor for which you want to create a notification preset. Remember to give this setting a name.
You then set the desired notification types for this sensor. You do this by checking the lowest level for each notification type. You then receive a notification for every event of at least this level. Please note that the level for "Portal" corresponds to the lowest level of the other notification types.
If necessary, you can also set a reminder for each notification type. When you activate this slider, the notification is periodically sent out until you confirm it, or the event goes to a level where you are no longer enrolled. The interval for this recurrence you can set next to the slider, with a minimum of 6 minutes. When the notification types are set up as desired, click "Save."
If everything went correctly, there are now a series of icons behind the event for which you created the notification presets.
You can now close the window.
