Introduction
Has your asset recently sent data, but you don't see it immediately in your dashboard?
Are the dashboard elements completely empty even though data has been sent?
This may have to do with your settings.

Check the settings
When creating a dashboard and widgets, you can choose an aggregation for displaying data. Following aggregations are possible:
- MIN - The lowest values in the selected period*.
- MAX - the highest values in the selected period*.
- SUM - the sum of values in the selected period*.
- AVG - The average of the values in the selected period*.
- COUNT - The number of values sent in the selected period*.
- FIRST - the first value in the selected period*.
- LAST - the last value in the selected period*.
- DIFF - the difference between the first and last value in the selected period*.
- LASTKNOWN - the last value outside the selected period*.
* Selected period: this is the date of which you want to see data. You can always change this timeframe at the top of your dashboard:

Customize your dashboard.
2. Adjust the widget settings.
Select the aggregation "LASTKNOWN."
