By scheduling a report, the system automatically generates a report and mails it to selected users.

Go to the reports page.

To create a new report schedule, click on the plus sign. 

Select the type of report you want to schedule:

    • Dashboard PDF: Generates a PDF version of a selected dashboard.
    • GroupDashboardPDF: Generates a PDF version of a selected dashboard group.


Name your schedule, this name appears as the subject in the results email.
Select the dashboard or gateway to create reports on.

Select the date and time of the first report.

Select the time interval wherein a report should be generated.

Enter the mail addresses to which the report(s) should be sent. Separate the addresses with a comma.

Optional: advanced settings

    • Data interval: Choose whether you want the data interval to be the same as the schedule interval, or a different period.


Save the settings

Please note! When your report schedule is created, it will be inactive by default.

In the schedule tab, click on the schedule you want to activate. You will enter the settings of the schedule.
You can adjust all the settings of your schedule.

In the schedule settings, under the "Advanced" section, you will see an activation button.
Click this button to activate the schedule.

You will receive a notification if the activation was successful.
