Quick start guide from an email
You will receive an email inviting you to the Calculus platform. This mail contains a link, if you click on it you will be redirected to the registration page.
Please note!The registration link in the mail remains valid for only 7 days, so it is best to register immediately.
If an account has already been created with your mail address, the mail will have a link to the Calculus platform. On this link there is no time limit.
When you click on this link you will be redirected to a registration form where you still need to fill in your first name and surname. The mail address is already entered and cannot be changed. Finally you choose a password. When you click on "Create account", a new account will be created. After this, you will no longer be able to register an account from the link in this mail.
You will then be redirected to the login screen, where you can log in with your new account.

Troubleshooting
I don't see the mail in my mailbox?
GMail
In your GMail mailbox, this mail may be automatically filtered to the "Newsletters" folder or the "Updates" folder. Be sure to also check the advertising folder (spam) if you haven't found the mail yet. If you do not find the mail in one of these mailboxes, it is best to ask if the invitation link was sent to the correct address.
Outlook
In Outlook, the invitation emails should just show up in your Inbox, but if you don't find them there, you should still check the spam folder. If you do not find the mail in one of these mailboxes, you should check if the invitation link was sent to the correct address.
The email was sent more than 7 days ago, what do I do now?
If the registration email was sent more than 7 days ago, this link can no longer be used to register. It is best to ask the person who wanted to invite you for a new registration email. The name of this person can be found at the top of the email. In this article you can read how to re-invite a person with the same rights.
If this person you invited cannot be reached you can also create a ticket through our helpdesk. On this page, go to the "Submit Ticket" section.
You can use the following buttons to indicate the nature of your question.
Make sure the following information is clearly stated in the description:
- Your first name
- Your last name
- The email address on which you received the invitation email
- And the company and/or project to which you are invited
