Introduction
A geofence is a virtual geographic boundary determined by GPS or RFID technology.
This boundary allows the software to notify when a mobile device enters an area
or leaves.
If you have associated gateways with devices that are not allowed to leave a certain area, it is advisable to set up a geofence on the gateway set up.
You will be alerted when the device leaves the set area.

How can I create a geofence?
1. Use the menu on the left to go to the geofence page.
2. Click "Add" to add a new geofence.
3. Enter a name for your new Geofence.
4. Zoom in on the map for more precise placement of your corners.
5. Click on the map to indicate a starting point for your geofence. It will look like this:
7. Select at least 3 different points to obtain a geofence boundary.
8. You can add as many points to your geofence as you want.
Note that the geofence is always going to try to connect the first and the last point, so make sure that the connection of the first and the last point does not cross any part of the geofence.
9. Click on a point, hold down the mouse button and drag the point to its new location. You can drag the point when your mouse marker changes to this symbol:
11. If you scroll down you will see the reset button, it removes all placed markers.
12. Save the changes
