When creating a support ticket, always provide your full name and email that you also use to log into the Calculus portal.
When describing your problem, we always ask that you include the project name and company. This helps our support team in handling your ticket.
After creating your ticket, you will receive an email from us containing a link to your ticket. From this link you can see the current status of your ticket, as well as chat with our support team.
