Introduction
This article explains how you can reinvite someone, whom you have already invited to your project or company.

Prerequisites:
- You must have the user rights "CompanyManagement" or " ProjectManagement" .
- The user needs to have been invited before.

How can I re-invite a user to a project?
Use the menu on the left to navigate to the "Projects" page.
o In the list of projects at the back, click on the 3 dots of the project for which you had invited the user.
o If you then click "Edit" the pop-up will appear to edit your project. From there, navigate to the "Users" panel.
Search for the user you want to re-invite to your project. Then click on the black arrow to the right of the user's name to reach the user page.
You will see that for a user who has not yet registered for your project, the first name matches the email address. There will also be a "Resend invitation" button. If this button is not there and/or the information has been updated, the user already has an account on the Calculus platform, and should be able to log in and see your project.
Click the "Resend Invitation" button to send a new invitation email. The user will then receive a new registration email.

How can I re-invite a user to a company?
Use the menu on the left to navigate to the "Companies" page.
In the list of Companies at the back, click on the pencil icon of the company for which you had invited the user.
o The pop-up will appear to edit your company. From there, navigate to the "Users" panel.
There, look for the user you want to re-invite to your company. Then click on the black arrow to the right of the username to reach the user page.
You will see that for a user who has not yet registered for your project, the first name matches the email address. There will also be a "Resend invitation" button. If this button is not there and/or the information has been updated, the user already has an account for the Calculus platform, and should be able to just log in and see your company.
Click the "Resend Invitation" button to send a new invitation email. The user will then receive a new registration email.
