What are user rights?
User rights are rights granted to a user. This deals with reading, modifying, deleting and/or gaining access for certain parts of a project.
Users who have company privileges automatically take these rights automatically to any project within the company, including subsidiaries! This is because they already have the rights at the company level. If you do not want this, you give users rights at the project level.
If you have a customer or user who wants to create their own project want to create, it is appropriate to create a subsidiary for this user.
A subsidiary is an enterprise that is subject to the main company. The customer or user can go into this subsidiary company to make a project without making any changes at the level making changes to the main company.
You can give a user different types of permissions
per project, but this must be done manually.
For more info on managing user rights, you can read the following guide: managing user rights.
There are 30 user rights. These rights can be assigned all at once with "Select All," or you can select specific permissions to assign to a user assigned.
Project user permissions usually correspond to the pages that the user has access to. This means that the symbols in the navigation menu on the left side of the screen, depend on your personal permissions.
