Reports from all assets can be found under the Downloads tab. If you would like to schedule specific reports, you can set up a new schedule under Planning.

Use the menu on the left to navigate to the Reports page.

Click on a time to set the beginning of the date range.
Then click on the end point.

Click "Apply" to save the new date range.

You can download a CSV file from a sensor by clicking on the download button at the back, if you hover over the button a message will appear with the content "fetch CSV". You will receive a CSV file in the mailbox of the mail address linked to your account.

Info: Data from sensors can also be downloaded on the dashboard via chart widgets, you can read more information on that here.

Info: When downloading reports with a time span of more than 1 month, some data points will be merged.

Info: Please note! Downloading raw data will result in a very large file. This file will be emailed to the email address linked to your account for that reason.
