Why digitise your mobile heater?
A common intervention was the general reset. When the device failed, the technician had to come on site and push the reset button manually. Today, you can do this easily from a distance.
If the heater failed, there was often discussion about the cause. Even in the event of a power failure, people often pointed to the rental company. From now on, you simply demonstrate that the cause of the failure is not you or the device.
In the past, you had no control over the effective temperature of the room you wanted to heat. Now you measure this temperature remotely. If you want, you can replace the room thermostat with a handy QR code.
Your heater has several resets available. Consider general fault failure, burner and/or fan failure.
For safety reasons, we reset only the remote burner failure, not the maximum temperature protection.

With the Essentials programme, you determine the position of the device. You also check the most important parameters of your mobile heater.
Think of the number of operating hours, the supply voltage and the status of the device.
You also measure the discharge temperature of the heater.

Mobile Heater Monitoring Advanced
In larger heaters, the switch box is in the metal housing of the unit. The signal from the measurement solution is at risk of being lost through the Faraday cage.
To make monitoring possible, we provide the Advanced solution with an external antenna.
Otherwise, there is no difference from the Essentials programme. You determine the position of the unit, measure the number of operating hours, the supply voltage, the status of the unit and the discharge temperature of the heater.

Mobile Heater Monitoring Premium
In addition to the functions of the Advanced program, you measure suction temperature and have visibility of burner activity and failure.
If the unit fails due to burner failure, simply press the reset button remotely.
If desired, use the LoRa sensors below and replace the room thermostat with a smart QR code. This way you not only replace the thermostat but also adjust the temperature remotely.
